Job Description: As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will embark on an exciting journey of crafting unforgettable cruise experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building Cruise holiday Itineraries and packages
• Booking pre and post-accommodation in line with cruise itineraries
• Utilizing GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) for reservations
• Engaging with customers via telephone, email, and online inquiries
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Thriving in a collaborative team environment

Experience Required: We're seeking individuals with:

• Travel industry experience (a MUST)
• Extensive GDS knowledge - Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo
• Proven experience working towards Targets and KPIs
• Strong knowledge of cruise vacation packages, itineraries, and popular destinations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to source information via supplier and online systems
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
• High attention to detail
• Professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team

Package:

• Competitive Salary: $55 - 65K Base + Super + Incentive
