You will be working in a team environment selling cruises & special exclusive airfares to customers departing all over the world! You will be working with the international team, NOT doing homeporting cruise. You will be looking after those BIG & expensive bookings including round the world cruises & high end luxury cruise lines & expeditions ships.


EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- MIN 3 years experience in a travel consulting role / wholesale travel role
- Can demonstrate a strong sales ability (through service). KPI driven is a must!
- Money hungry. You are keen to earn your worth without compromising work/life balance
- Eager to help and be a team player
- Can remain in a job for a stable amount of time (we are not looking for constant job hoppers)



THE PACKAGE:

Full development including ongoing training & support will be provided to the right candidate.
Up to $50k + super base salary with an uncapped earning potential.
On average you should make an extra $3000-$4000 per month ontop of your base salary for the first 12-18 months however this is uncapped so if you are a good seller, you could earn more.
After 12-18 months, you should see your earning doubling.


Working on a roster either 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. You will work 1 in 4 Saturday or Sunday shift with a day off in lieu straight after so therefore you will only really work 5 days on average each week.
