Job Description:
- Daily interaction with front-line retail staff, school groups, special interest groups
- Work confidently across several IT systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Selling a range of international ski travel product and packages
- Work towards KPI's and commission targets
- Build customer and supplier relationships
- Organize all aspects of group travel to ski slopes around the world!
- Work with existing client groups and business develop new contacts

Experience Required:
- A passion for all things travel - especially SKI!
- Exceptional customer service
- Current travel industry experience (min 12 months)
- Previously worked towards KPI's
- Confidence working across all platforms, including online,via phone, and verbal
presentations
- Previous experience with a GDS is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Articulate, engaging, confident and ambitious
- Visited min. 2 ski fields/resorts (domestic and/or international)
