We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team responsible for one of our fastest growing destinations - Japan.

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering product strategies that will see the evolution of strong long-term relationships with our supplier partners and maximise the return on global partners.

It is a requirement that potential candidates are able to speak fluent (business) Japanese and be able to travel to Japan frequently.

Job Description

*Set and execute annual contracting and product delivery plans
*Contract negotiation
*Ensure available product for all selling partners
*Support the education of consultants
*Procurement of dynamically connected rates and group series rates
*Ensure preferred product range is strongly supported, communicated and promoted at every opportunity
*Build and maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
*Monitor and analyse business performance to assist in decision making

Experience Required

*Proven experience in travel product management
*Prior wholesale procurement experience within the travel/tourism industry
*Ability to speak fluent Japanese is essential
*Demonstrated leadership capabilities
*Strong negotiation skills
*Strong analytical background
*Excellent time management
*Ability to travel frequently
