My client is seeking a proactive travel agent that strives to provide a high level of customer service for this high end travel company. Reporting to the head of Client services, you will be the first point of contact in assisting clients with their travel needs.

Job Description
*High level of service through Phone, email and online enquiries
*Processing client bookings
*Promotion of newly announced tours
*Launch of new brochures
*Confirm tour member details and payments
*Managing, fielding and responding to client feedback and complaints
*Other duties as required

Experience required
*Sabre GDS experience required **
*Previous travel industry experience - Face to face or phone based
*Experience of professional environment providing high-end travel services advantageous
*Some accounting/ money handling experience advantageous
*Impeccable spoken and written English
*Interest in the Arts Desirable but not essential
