Job Description:

- Assisting clients with their travel arrangements
- Provide high level customer service to new, repeat, and referral clients
- Work towards KPIs and contribute profitability of the store


Experience:

- Min. 2 years experience in travel consulting role
- Have Strong airfare/product knowledge
- Can demonstrate a strong sales ability through service. Being KPI driven is a must
- Eager to help and be a team player
