My client is an operator of niche tours throughout Australia and the world, excitingly they currently have a position available within their client service team and are looking for a skilled consultant to start immediately. Your role will be to create the finest, mind-enriching experiences for all clients that book one of these unforgettable tours. You will do this by being passionate about the product you are selling offering first class service from beginning to end.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be the first point of contact for all guests that are interested in or already have a tour booked with my client, some of your duties include but not limited to:


*Provide information by phone/email/post on my client's tours
*Answering queries, making bookings,
*Taking payments for deposits and final balances, and
*Assisting clients with their pre- and post-tour travel arrangements
*Quoting and booking flights, accommodation, travel insurance and visas.



EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*You will need to have excellent Sabre skills and be able to quote and ticket domestic flights through a consolidator and also issue travel insurance
*You will need to have excellent client service credentials and ethos and demonstrated experience dealing with a high-end clientele.
*Fluent English is a must with excellent written and verbal communications skills as you will be working with a very high end clientele that expect only the best
*A mature approach and high motivation to work under pressure and get the job done

A above average hourly rate is on offer for the right candidate. This position may also have the opportunity to be long term and move to permanent
