My client is currently a seeking full time Restaurant Supervisor to join their 5 star hospitality team. Your Responsibilities include:

• Assisting restaurant guests
• Work both on the bar and restaurant floor
• Understanding the tastes of the guests to offer recommendations
• Providing a fine dining experience

Minimum requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining or hatted venue
• Strong Knowledge of wine
• Ability to learn and understand the menu
• Able to work hospitality hours and public holidays
• Appetite for a high level of customer service
• RSA Certificate
