As Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering product strategies that will see the evolution of strong, long-term, regional relationships. Set and execute annual contracting and product delivery plans suited to all global partners to ensure sales, override and profit targets are achieved with adherence to timelines and commitments.

Do You Have:
*Proven experience in travel product management
*Prior wholesale procurement experience within the travel/tourism industry
*Ability to speak fluent Japanese
*Demonstrated leadership capabilities
*Strong negotiation skills
*Strong analytical background
*Excellent time management
*The ability to travel often

Key Responsibilities:
*Set and execute annual contracting and product delivery plans suited to all global partners
*Ensure sales, override and profit targets are achieved with adherence to timelines and
commitments
*Contract negotiation
*Ensure available product for all selling partners
*Support the education of consultants to ensure all partners are trained in the
effective sales of products
*Procurement of dynamically connected rates and group series rates
*Ensure preferred product range is strongly supported, communicated and promoted at every
opportunity
*Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
*Monitor and analyse business performance to assist in decision making

Package:
