Job Description:

*Develop and communicate clear goals and operational plans for the team
*Assist in supervising day-to-day activities of team members
*Provide support, coaching and leadership development for fellow team members
*High attention to detail and ability to resolve issues independently
*Setting, managing and meeting work timelines
*Establishing and managing people and resources required to achieve goals


Experience Required:

*Minimum 3 to 5 years' wholesale/travel in a leadership role
*40 word per minute typing speed (essential)
*Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (essential)
*Calypso back office system experience (essential)
*Calypso product load experience
*Connectivity experience / knowledge
*Degree/relevant qualification
