My client is a retail and online Australian agency, focused on curating quality, bespoke and luxury travel for individuals, groups and corporate loyalty partner programs. With access to over 400 airlines, 42 car rental brands, 38 global rail providers, 17 cruise companies, 30+ escorted touring companies and 220,000 hotels in our inventory.
THE ROLE
You'll lead, develop and motivate your team of experienced travel consultants to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience every time. Working closely with our Chief Customer Experience Officer, you'll drive and implement organisational strategies that improves client experience and service delivery, plus oversee and manage all aspects of the travel operations/reservations area, including client and sales enquiries, end to end travel requirements and ensuring all sales targets are achieved.
You'll be part of and work alongside a fun and close-knit team who have the same passion, positive energy and excitement as you do for travel.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5 years in the Travel Industry managing a team
- Strong customer service and retail sales skills and who knows the ins and outs of Retail Travel
- Motivate and inspire success and implement training and coaching strategies to your team
- Have a positive attitude and passion for travel
- Have the guts to push boundaries
