Working exclusively with my client we are in search for a Marketing director to join this opulent luxury all-suite cruise line as they expand

As a member of the Global Marketing team, this position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer & Managing Director AU/NZ and oversees all marketing activities of AU/NZ for this luxury travel provider

Job Responsibilities

*Collaborates with the business teams to uncover insights and strategies; develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally.
*Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget
*Benchmark competitors and gather customer feedback to create appropriate priorities for the team.
*Liaise with all internal departments to set expectations and ensure communications are delivered effectively.
*Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.
*Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer
*Lead the development of the marketing plans and work closely with key stakeholders, creative and content teams, and distribution partners
*Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.
*Drive the repeatership of our guests through a strong loyalty program implementation.
*Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training
*Making sure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing activities.


Requirements

*Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
*Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.
*Exposure in the ultra-luxury industry.
*An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams.
*Very strong data background, marketing analytics skills are fundamental.
*Ability to present concepts in new ways and from new perspectives.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent PowerPoint skills and proficient in other Microsoft Office Programs.
*Excellent project skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English is essential.
*Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
*Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
*Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
*Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
*Previous experience in a similar position is essential ideally from a competitor or company operating in a similar market.
