Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
·Effectively manage, lead and direct an established team of Leisure Travel Consultants
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat, referral and new clients, while
providing excellent customer service and travel knowledge
·Develop and maintain a strong support network with established team members
·Provide input into local business planning initiatives, providing expertise on localised
business development that impacts the travel and tourism sectors
·Consultation and co-ordinate with the Business Owner, to create and deliver business
opportunities within appropriate time-lines
Experience Required:
·You must have experience in managing a team and achieve results
·Excellent organisational, time management and accounting/administration skills
·Minimum three (3) years' experience in Leisure Travel consulting delivering exceptional
customer service and work towards a range of KPI's
·Knowledge of Sabre system, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·Ability to mentor, develop and lead an established team
