JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create truly delicious and memorable dining experiences
  • Maximise sales opportunities by understanding guest needs
  • Establish new and develop existing relationships with guests
  • Uphold highest levels of customer service at all times
  • Lead your team through efficient, smooth and seamless services
  • Ensure optimum customer satisfaction at all times
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine menus
  • Create a positive and harmonious workplace culture
  • Lead, train and guide your team to success
  • Minimise wastage and maximise profits
  • Manage financial cost KPIs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a fine-dining setting highly desirable
  • WSET level 2 or CMS Certification preferred
  • Brilliant people skills with focus on team and guests
  • A passion for food, wine, and the finer things in life
  • Demonstrated experience running a profitable restaurant
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
