Job Title: Travel Account Manager
Location: Sydney
We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Account Manager to join a leading Sydney-based Travel and Events company that specialises in Prizewinner Travel, Special Events, and Group Travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event databases, registration websites, and delegate communications.
- Coordinate flight changes, room blocks, and transfers.
- Assist with client communications, highlighting key requests and concerns.
- Support event preparation and on-site operations, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Attend client meetings and assist with proposals, quotes, and budgeting.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in Event, Hospitality, or Travel Management.
- Experience with "EventsAIR" and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level customer service.
The Role:
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent on experience.) + Super + Bonus + Travel Perks!
- Full-time
- Hybrid role with a mixture of WFH and in-office days.
- Travel required (domestic & international), with occasional weekend work and extended hours during events.
