Are you an Experienced Digital Marketing Manager ideally from within the travel industry looking for your next challenge?

My client is a leading Travel Company and is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their busy offices in Sydney. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for digital enhancement, digital development and digital optimisation with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Main duties of responsibility:

I am ideally looking for someone who is a creative thinker, able to manage multiple stakeholders and enjoy getting your hands dirty when it comes to the detail. I am also looking for someone who is skilled in a wider range of digital techniques across SEO, SEM, Re-targeting, Content Marketing and Social.

*Working independently and with third parties you will grow awareness, consideration and digital usage using your experience of PPC, Display, SEO, Social and other routes to market. You will help monitor this activity and shift direction/investment where relevant.
Improve all website rankings through SEO and SEM
*Effectively manage the SEM agency
*Be responsible for advising Marketing Manager on required budget for SEO/SEM and determining best use of the budget through determining appropriate Adword choices
*Use a combination of in-house systems, Google Analytics and Google Adwords to ensure KPIs are measured and optimised across all websites
*Undertake and co-ordinate all on line advertising (Trade and Direct) in line with the overall marketing plan
*Produce Creative to support campaigns
*Create dedicated landing pages for campaigns
*Monitor results through Analytics and other similar programs
*Project manage developmental / scripting work required
*Offline campaign re-direct pages to ensure offline stats can be analysed
*Conduct and produce creative for regular EDMs
*Developing online and off line style guides, branding elements, graphics, icons, illustrations and animations and advertising templates
*Play the lead role in customer-facing website development
*Researching and creating effective briefs for the in- house design/UX experts to deliver
*Quarterly report on digital marketing activity performance containing return on investment detail is produced
*Process invoices for marketing activity in accordance with approved plans, allocating codes to ensure accurate reporting of spend
*Grow the existing online database to achieve annual targets of additional qualified prospects
*Create digital tactical initiatives and deliver tests to new distribution channels through successful joint marketing plans
*Produce compelling digital campaign creative/concepts with clear objectives of acquisition or retention
*Brief and oversee the communication of campaigns across every touch-point including voicemail, brochure requests, travel agents, internal groups etc
*Devise strategy and oversee the implementation of the improvement in social media engagement
*Oversee the optimum digital presentation and hosting site for the company brochures to maximise impact and reach to our target audience.

Experience Needed:

I am ideally looking for the following skills and experiences:

*Proven Digital/Online Marketing experience, in travel or a service-related industry
*Strong UX experience.
*Hands-on experience of acquisition via SEO, PPC, Retargeting and Social
*Commercially astute, with an ability to analyse data to make substantiated recommendations
*Good budget management
*In-depth understanding and commitment to digital marketing as a profession
*Able to work under pressure, in an often impatient environment
*Takes ownership of responsibilities and focuses on output, achievement and learning
*Flexible in terms of working hours / time zones
*Consumer and B2B digital marketing experience
*HTML/Design skills
*Adobe creative suite
*Campaign Monitor (or alternative mainstream email application)
