ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will be a sales gun, whether you have worked in a retail travel agency or a sales focused travel call centre, you will bring your knowledge of sales & learn the rest on the job!

The office is a warm, dynamic & buzzing environment with lots of banter & fun however, everyone is there to make top $$ which is something you are able to do from the get go!

There will not be a moment where you will be sitting there with nothing to do, there are plenty of leads through multiple channels of marketing & advertising and all those leads are equally as interested in booking as you are in selling the product!

Working for a very successful organisation with worldwide offices and backed by a travel industry giant. These guys alone in 1 year surpassed some of the biggest competitors out there! They have a very strong 5 year growth plan in place for their Australian office which will see them reach new heights very quickly and therefore plenty of growth opportunity for the individual candidate.

Supportive environment with 3 sales managers on the floor to every 5 or less sales consultants, you will be ensured you have a go to person whilst you are succeeding in this fast paced role.



REQUIREMENTS:

Sales experience is a must ideally in a call centre and / or travel industry capacity. We want to know you have a good solid knowledge of the sales process which you practice everyday!
You will have a good understanding of selling features & benefits to the customers & objection handle.


THE SALARY:

You will be offered a generous base salary of $53k + super along with an even more generous commission structure!

You will be paid commission upon deposit & therefore the average consultants in the company are earning above six figures.
