I have a reputable business travel company keen recruit an experience Corporate travel manager or team leader, to manage one of their two teams of Corporate travel consultants. this is a great time to join and progress your business travel career without the lengthy commute into London each day!


THE JOB:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

*Ensure all emails are acknowledged and staff are using the Front system correctly.
*Ensure the staff are logged into the phones.
*Ensure good timekeeping across the team.
*Monitor the team's workload, delegate and distribute any work to help with the team's performance.
*Support, encourage and work to develop the company online booking tool
*Ensure the team keep their queues tidy and are monitored regularly
*Quality Control - ensure all air bookings are QC checked.
*Encourage use of net fares/consolidators and booking ancillaries
*Staff training - If you deem any member of your team to require training on any aspect
*Write off or losses - must be immediately reported to the Operations Manager
*Communication - ensure that a flow of communication and information is maintained throughout the team and across all departments
*Look after certain VIP travel and general reservations when needed
*Appraisals / 121s in conjunction with the operations managers
*Attending client meetings/visits when required


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have a solid background in corporate travel, ideally with team leader, supervisor, section manager or Corporate travel manager experience. You will be used to dealing with an all-round business travel role as this is a hands-on role and corporate travel consultants fulfil all aspects of the business travel service. Ideally you will be fully trained and have hands on experience in working on GDS Amadeus


THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary according to their experience which is in the region of $80000 - $85000 + Super + monthly bonus along with great company benefits! Advertised salary is very much a guideline and will depend for experienced.
