An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to lead a team of 4 experienced Corporate Consultants to provide superior customer service and meet/exceed their KPI's.

In order to be successful for this role and reap the associated rewards, you will be experienced and confident when dealing with corporate clients as well as having experience in motivating and leading teams.

In addition to your leadership duties, you'll also be servicing existing clients and will enjoy building and nurturing relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Provide assistance, motivation and knowledge to your team of Corporate Consultants
* Assisting corporate clients with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire, visa information and anything else they may require)
*Strengthening existing relationships while offering superior customer service levels
*Tailor make travel itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Become an integral part of the team and ambassador for the company


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*In depth understanding of Corporate Consulting
* Proven experience in leading a team to success
*High attention to detail
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Amadeus preferred)
*Strong airfare knowledge
