JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assisting corporate clients with their travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, car hire, visa information and anything else they may require)
*Strengthening existing relationships while offering A-Grade service
*Tailor make travel itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Become an integral part of the team and ambassador for the company


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Experience working within the Travel Industry, either as a Retail or Corporate Consultant
*High attention to detail
*High levels of customer service
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
*Strong airfare knowledge
* A team player with a positive attitude
