We are currently searching for a corporate travel professional to join a boutique corporate client in Melbourne.

This is a unique role focusing on event logistics.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Management of all travel event logistics
• You will provide support to and liaise with the Directors and sales consultants and you are required to be proactive in managing all event logistics.
• Reviewing all events ahead and engage with the client to finalise all event details.
• Arrange all air travel
• Arrange all ground transfers
• Arrange all additional communication and ancillary services
• Ensure all outstanding invoices have been actioned and paid

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will come from a previous retail travel or corporate travel background and will ideally circa three years travel experience.

THE PACKAGE:

A competitive salary is available depending on experience

Opportunity to work from home circa 25% of the time

Opportunity to travel interstate

Monday - Friday hours.
