Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of travel consultants to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and excellence in customer service.
• Sales Management: Drive sales performance through effective coaching, goal setting, and performance management. Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and exceed targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional service. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments. Share knowledge with the team and provide ongoing training to enhance their product expertise.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.

The Package

• 70-80k + Super + Uncapped Comms
