About the Role:

Have you lived, worked or thoroughly travelled throughout Asia? We are looking for you! We are currently on the hunt for specialty travel agents who have a direct interest in Asia. Spend your working days using your travel experiences to create custom travel itineraries in a positive and fun team environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in organizing and booking their trips to Asia, through telephone, video call.
• Ensuring a positive first impression, seeking to establish trust and build relationships with customers.
• Providing exceptional customer service to every client.
• Work to achieve individual and team sales targets and maximize value from each enquiry.
• Providing support from the time the client calls through, all the way until they are back from their trip.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Asia, we are specifically interested in Japan, South Korea, Cambodia & Vietnam specialists.
• Passion for travel and sharing your knowledge and experiences with others.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer and technological skills.
• Highly organized and motivated.
• Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.

The Package:

• $54-$57K + super + uncapped bonuses
• 25 days annual leave, which increases each year up to 28 days.
• Discounted travel.
• This is an office-based role, so all of your training will be in office in Brisbane CBD. After training, hybrid work opportunities may be considered.
• Familiarization travel opportunities.
