A Product Coordinator is required to join this large Product team to ensure the content is entered into the company's reservation system in an accurate and timely manner. You will be required to maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to increase the speed to market for this award winning company.

Duties:

* Manage, review, prepare and load contacts in accordance with business needs
* Liaise with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure consistency and accuracy of loaded product entered into the database
* Manage workflow if promotions and contacts to be reviewed and loaded
* Work closely with Product Managers to ensure all content is reviewed and aligned with destination strategy
* Day to day maintenance of supplier changes and updates
* Maximize availability of the product and marketing opportunities
* Identify and eliminate errors and write-offs whilst ensuring consistency and reducing error reduction

Skills Required:

* Strong problem solving ability
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve issues independently
* Present clear and concise recommendations to senior management
* Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel
* Detailed knowledge of the travel industry and understanding of the wholesale travel market
