Your duties will be but limited to:

-Learning all about the 360 recruitment process from start to finish
-Making sales calls to prospective travel industry clients to discuss recruitment needs
-Registering candidates enquired through our website or any third party channels
-Resourcing / headhunting through different platforms
-Matching candidates to jobs & setting up interviews
-Managing clients expectations, negotiate where needed & sales through service
-Administrative tasks

The ideal Candidate:

-Sales experience as a Travel Consultant, Manager or Wholesale Travel Consultant, Min 2 + years
-A keen interest for people! Genuine curiosity and a passion for wanting to help find the BEST talent for the travel industry!
-Good attention to detail, part of this role requires you to ensure you are logging all calls, and completing general administrative tasks
-A bubbly, energetic approach to your phone calls & in your dealings with people
-Confident & proactive in nature. Not afraid to take on challenges & make it your own!
