JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working within the Operations team and reporting directly to the Operations & Customer Experience Manager, you will be servicing new and existing clients to book their travel (exclusive packages) and providing any additional options ie: Different airline carrier / better connections etc.
Through this process, it's all about building strong and solid relationship with customers

This role is predominately about booking flights in conjunction with pre existing packages, also explaining to the customers the pros and cons of those products. For example - Why Premium Economy VS Economy. Why Outside Balcony cabin vs Inside Cabin & providing any necessary upgrades / changes within the itinerary.

Flight booking skills is essential in this role as majority of the packages will require flight options and a GDS will be used to book the flight options.



EXPERIENCE / ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

You will be dealing with set worldwide packages including cruise, rail, flights & accommodation.
A travel agent background is essential to this role. MIN 18 months experience and a GDS background.

A keen interest to work in an Online Travel Agency, no face to face

You must also have an outgoing personality, strong customer service focus and a keen interest to reach your team KPI targets. This is NOT a sales role however, it is all about creating a memorable trip / experience for the customer.



THE PACKAGE:

You will get a well deserved base salary of $55k + super & incentives structure based on your individual KPI's which will contribute to a team goal.


HOURS OF WORK:

FLEXIBLE work hours available! you are able to select 8:00am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm with NO weekend work.
