As a Travel Consultant, you can expect to be dealing with a variety of travel requests tailor-making holidays to a variety of destinations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Working face-to-face and over the phone taking inquiries from customers and using in house and GDS / CRS reservation systems
- Offering excellent customer service, dealing with inquiries and complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
- Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings.
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
- You can expect to be dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries
-Fantastic hours, Monday- Saturday rota

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Ideally CrossCheck Travel and Galileo.

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Travel Consultant looking to continue their career in a casual travel consultant position.

You will be keen to work for a well-established travel agency and have a flexible approach to the holidays you offer to your customers.
