My client is a Ski Specialist based in Brisbane, they are seeking an experienced Ski Travel Consultant to join their team. You must have a genuine passion for winter sports with first hand experience and knowledge of Ski destinations worldwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Tailor made travel ski & adventure packages by using your product/destination knowledge
* Arranging everything for the client including flights, accommodation, transfers & ski tours
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Practice in anticipating problems and proposing solutions
* Become an integral part of the team, assisting with client enquiry and working towards the success of the store
* Work life balance

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

* Prior experience in Retail Travel Consulting (3 years minimum)
* Have an absolute passion for ski
* Been on a ski venture
* Be a team player committed to company vision
* A personality that thrives on detail and accuracy, ability to see problems before they arise
* Must have used a GDS
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven record to exceed KPI's
* Must be presentable and have a professional attitude

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidate will enjoy a salary package of $45-50k + Super + Commission (commission structure to be discussed in the interview).
