JOB DESCRIPTION

*Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Handle enquires from travel agents and direct customers
*Ability to build and nurture relationships
*Offer exceptional service levels to all customers throughout the booking process.

EXPERIENCE

*Solid background in travel consulting
*MUST have a strong repeat client base
*Able to work quickly with a high standard for accuracy
*Excellent product knowledge worldwide.
*Strong attention to detail
*Proven record to exceed KPI's
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus etc.)
*Proven track record of excellent customer service
*Ability to work independently

PACKAGE:

$40-50k + Super + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
