JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking after a myriad of enquiries, none that are low in quality! All of the enquiries from either repeat business, new walk ins or online channels are quality leads for you to assist with.
Even though you will need to provide exception service, you should have no fear in managing on average a $40k size booking which might include components of air, rail, cruise & escorted touring. You will be efficient in putting together packages & can comfortably recommend additional add ons, services to add value to the customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Travel Consulting experience is necessary ideally in a retail (face to face) capacity
To be able to look after clients sometimes booking $100k or more in travel, we will need someone with a MIN of 3 years experience that regularly exceeds monthly or weekly KPI targets. However, if you have less experience but can show you have exceeded your KPI's and sales targets, we are still happy to consider.

THE BENEFITS:

An above average base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 + super is on offer to the right candidate along with a commission structure of up to 30%

You will also be given a generous monetary amount to spend on your own personal holidays each year plus a famil allowance & extra famil leave!

Working predominately Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm with only a half day Saturday every 3rd weekend.
