ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a mature minded travel agent with fantastic customer service skills to be apart of this highly awarded travel agency specialising in mostly premium products.

Our client offer bespoke and unique itineraries and never just the ordinary which provides a level of excitement on a day to day basis working on bulky, in depth packages around the world.



SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- MIN 4 Years travel industry (consulting) experience
- Customer focused, not just about getting to the end game quickest
- Team Player
- High level of attention to detail
- Self Motivated (someone that does not require micromanagement & can be proactive & reliable to complete daily tasks)
- Able to take direction when given well
- An appetite to go above and beyond for the clients & ultimately delivering sales



BENEFITS:

A generous, above industry award base wage of circa $70k with the option for a HIGHER base for the right candidate (years of experience dependent & what you can bring to the business) + super with additional monetary bonuses by contributing to store profit.

Due to the nature of the clientele & location of office, you will be working MON - FRI between 9am - 5pm and every 2nd Saturday between 9am - 1pm however, if you are seeking PART TIME hours, this can be accommodated to 2 OR 3 days per week and every 2nd Saturday.
