2 Permanent Travel Consultant Opportunities available East of Melbourne near CBD.

LEISURE TRAVEL CONSULTANT

• Our client is looking for a Travel Consultant with a minimum 6 months of experience - the more the better! An effective communicator with a passion for travel will excel at this role.

LEISURE GROUPS CONSULTANT

• The Leisure Groups Consultant will be responsible for managing travel group enquiries for our client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assisting and servicing travel and leisure enquiries, requests, and bookings.
• A good attitude and the ability to work successfully within a team environment.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Minimum 6 months travel experience within the tourism industry.
• Communicate effectively within the team, including thorough proactive documentation.
• Working GDS skills is highly desirable. Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
• Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correctly completed.
• Extensive personal travel is desirable.
• A passion for the travel industry.

Travel Consultant - New Zealand and Norfolk Island product exposure desirable but not required.

THE PACKAGES:

Leisure Travel Consultant

• Monday to Friday.
• Shorter days.
• Competitive $60k - $65k salary (based on experience) + super.

Leisure Groups Consultant

• Monday to Friday.
• Hybrid model, 4 days in office + 1 WFH.
• Competitive $70k - $75k salary (based on experience) + super + bonus.
