DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Focus on selling a wide range of travel products
*Lead a small team of travel professionals
*Ensure the provision of excellence in customer service
*Provides results as well as leadership
*Assist Reservation Agents with customer queries and disputes
*Ensure communication of specific client needs to appropriate staff
*Staff roster and annual leave arrangements
*Leading regular team meetings to ensure open and effective communication -
keeping staff updated with new product information etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Minimum 2 years Travel Industry Experience
*GDS experience - conversion course can be provided
*Experience working in a sales environment
*Desire and drive to manage, motivate and lead a team
*Passion for and Extensive personal travel
*Excellent customer service and time management skills


THE PACKAGE:

$53-55k p.a. + super + Coms (DOE)
