Travel Consultant/Advisor - Multiple Locations-Hybrid/Part-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate Travel Consultants/Advisor with amazing customer service skills. Are you driven, dynamic and customer centric. We have multiple positions available for both Full-time and Part-Time Consultants/Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and booking travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Create personalized travel itineraries that cater to individual customer preferences and budgets.
• Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to secure the best deals and offers for our customers.
• Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and travel arrangements.
• Promote additional travel-related products and services to enhance the customer's experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, accommodations, and travel trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping customers fulfill their travel dreams.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• GDS(Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus) experience is a MUST

The Package:

• $50K - $70k (DOE) Base Salary + Super + Uncapped commissions
• Ongoing training and development
• Friendly and supportive work environment
• Mon-Fri (No weekends or late nights)
• Flexible working hours
