JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Brand leader, your vision will be the key to success in this business. This role is not so much managing a team (as most are more than capable consultants) but to manage the growth & direction of this business & brand.
Upon arrival your clients will get first class treatment, with a champagne, choice of wine or coffee & tea. Your day to day (apart from looking after your customers) will be to develop the Local Store Marketing, set budgets to each consultants for their own marketing tools & utilise your entrepreneurial abilities to run a business without the outlay cost & risk.


EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

This opportunity could be ideal for someone from a MOBILE travel agency, wanting to have a luxury office space to meet with their customers as well as taking control of managing a branch OR a retail travel manager / assistant manager wanting to step away from the "shadows" of their direct boss / leader.

A min 3 years experience in leadership or mobile travel experience is required with a can do & driven attitude - an ideas person!!

You will be offered your own pod to sit in, there is no desk directly next to you, so you will have full privacy when consulting & working on your business plan!

A generous salary of up to $90k + super for the right candidate (depending on experience, with a view to review salary in 6-8 months)
