This is a key role within a market leading Travel company with a large share of the New Zealand market. They are currently on the look out for an experienced Technology Manager who will be responsible for the Technology strategy and the day to day leadership of the technology team within the business.

The role will focus on best practice system utilisation, training and driving efficiency throughout the organisation.

You will provide a platform that provides daily technical support to the business while collaborating with the Operation, Commercial, Finance, Groups and Events and Retail teams.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Lead the testing and implementation of all new systems and processes both technical and functional
*Ensure a market leading level of support and customer service is at the forefront at all times
*Provide a platform that provides daily technical support to the business
*Lead client collaboration from a technology perspective
*The role will collaborate with the Operation, Commercial, Finance, Technology, Groups and Events and Retail Teams
*Contribute to the formation of the business plan and its execution
*Implement strategic initiatives and to support, develop and deliver
