JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Motivate, inspire and lead the team of experienced Travel Consultants to drive sales and encourage superior customer service levels
*Ensure the day to day operations of the office run smoothly
*Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (primarily international)
*Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Lead the team to meet targets to ensure the profitability of the store
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Extensive experience in leisure consulting with a proven track record in sales
*Previous Management experience
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system
*Exceptional Customer Service skills
*Strong organisational and Time Management skills
*A Positive attitude and a Team Player
*Strong airfare/product knowledge
