ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You will be a sales gun, whether you have worked in an outbound or inbound call centre, as an Account Executive, Sales consultant etc.. You will bring your knowledge of sales & client retention & learn the rest on the job!

The office is a warm, dynamic & buzzing environment with lots of banter & fun however, everyone is there achieve the same goal.

Full product training will be provided to the right candidate. There will not be a moment where you will be sitting there with nothing to do, you will have warm leads to follow up on, this is NOT new business sales, but sales through existing contact and your job is to ensure you secure the sales & continue to build a relationships with the business through follow ups, keeping in contact & educating your accounts on any new products on promotions whilst keeping your eye out in the market with your competitors!



REQUIREMENTS:

Sales experience is a must, ideally in a call centre capacity. We want to know you have a good solid knowledge of the sales process which you practice everyday!

You will have a good understanding of selling features & benefits to the customers & handle objections as well as following up on calls. You must have experience in persisting through sales calls & able to have the patience in your first year of "building relationships" and still earning a great salary package before being able to continuously earn SIX figures (which is what 90% of what the other consultants are earning) in the 2nd ++ year.

Due to the nature of the clients you will be speaking to, a higher education - ie degree is preferred but not essential.

THE SALARY:

You will be offered a generous base salary of between $55k-$65k + super along with a bonus plan for the first year & uncapped comm structure for the 2nd plus years which will see you earn six figures!
You will also have a yearly base pay review in accordance with performance
