JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking after a myriad of enquiries, none that are low in quality! All of the enquiries from either repeat business, new walk ins or online channels are quality leads for you to assist with.

Even though you will need to provide exception service, you should have no fear in managing bookings which might include components of air, rail, cruise & escorted touring. You will be efficient in putting together packages & can comfortably recommend additional add ons, services to add value to the customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Travel Consulting experience is necessary ideally in a retail (face to face) capacity
We will need someone with a MIN of 2 years experience that regularly exceeds monthly or weekly KPI targets.

Good attention to detail
Able to converse at all levels with different demographic/client market
Good work ethic
