MICE Group & Incentive Account Manager

I am looking for a MICE / Group / Incentive focused travel industry professional who wants to work in a logistics and Account Management for a leading MICE and Incentive focused company.

Job Description:

*To work across the group logistics for MICE and Incentive Travel
*Work on Events Air, GDS and excel to coordinate group movements
*Allocate hotel allotments and contracts
*Group flight bookings
*Work onsite at exciting events across the world from the Melbourne Cup through to Ice Hotels in Sweden - No two day are the same

Experience Required:

*Experience in booking and coordinating group travel
*Experience in using Events Air (or a similar programme) and a GDS
*Advanced Excel skills for Group bookings
*Desire to work within a highly driven organisation
*Understanding of the event industry
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to deal across all levels within the customer's business
*Strong presentation skills
*A flexibly and outgoing personality
*Strong organisational skills - highly methodical, accurate and deadline driven
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to negotiate with suppliers
*Team player and adaptable
