This is truly a unique role combing marketing and operations in travel and a fantastic career move! The successful applicant will have both marketing & operations in the travel industry and possess strong organisational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*This is a challenging hands-on role that will be underpinned by your ability to positively influence outcomes in a fast paced environment.
*Working in a team and with the marketing manager, key stakeholders, and agencies, publications to plan workflow management, resourcing, project timelines to deliver outcomes and ensure all marketing collateral is delivered on time in line with marketing plans, strategy and external agencies.
*Responsible for streamlining all reporting to deliver ad hoc marketing reporting, ROI, monthly and quarterly reporting to ensure that the marketing campaign results can be accessed easily and in a timely manner.
*Overseeing processes and facilitate the right tools and technology to achieve the KPIs of each of the marketing teams, delivered through workflow management, resourcing, teamwork & routines and agency management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*2+ years' experience in marketing operations/program management in travel
*1-1 marketing and project management
*Experience in bringing teams together and strong project management skills
*Understanding of marketing, communications and digital needs
*Knowledge of creative and digital agency model trends
