The ideal candidate will be an experienced Marketing Manager who is looking for a new exciting opportunity where they will be able to take control and make the role their own. You'll be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is focused on excelling in this role. You'll have a real flare for creating unique campaigns that will assist in building and growing the brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to drive revenue across all departments by implementing marketing and sales strategies, and creating campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement through PR & communications, events, in-house promotions, and digital marketing channels.
- Working across both locations in South Melbourne and Richmond
- Conduct regular competitive and marketing research, monitor performance of campaigns to gain insight, and provide feedback and regular reports to the team.
- Actively seek PR, media and event opportunities by building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, relevant agencies and local community groups.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 12+ months minimum experience in a Marketing Manager role with hospitality knowledge including pubs, bars, functions and clubs.
- Digital marketing and platform experience (Social media, WordPress, MyGuestList) with understanding of web/social analytics.
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach to work with the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- An exceptional creative eye with very strong attention to detail.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop/Canva) will be highly regarded but not essential.
