An exciting role within the retail sector has just opened up which is ideal for those looking to make a positive change in 2019. This is for an award winning agency who look after their staff and offer an extremely positive work-life balance.

This is a rare opportunity to join the team on a Permanent Part Time basis, working 2-3 days per week. There will be the possibility of this going full time in the future if you would desire.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (primarily international)
*Customer service levels key with a predominantly high end clientele
*Tailor make travel and cruise itineraries for new, repeat and referral customers
*Become an integral part of the team, contributing to the profitability of the store


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Proven track record in sales
*High customer service levels
*Friendly personality who works well in a team environment
*Proficient in minimum of one GDS system (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus)
*Strong airfare/product knowledge (particularly Europe and North America)
