Junior Travel Consultant | Call Centre

A well-established travel company in Sydney have THREE exciting junior roles up for grabs! Our client is looking for new consultants with experience in either wholesale or retail travel to join their lively call centre team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Assisting travel agency partners and direct customers in creating itineraries
*Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
*Upselling clients and working towards targets
*Working as a team to ensure inbound calls and emails are distributed evenly

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Strong background in customer service
*A good attitude and the ability to work successfully within a team environment
*A minimum of 1 year in the travel industry is highly desirable
*A passion for travel!

THE PACKAGE:

The successful candidates will enjoy a base salary of up to $45k + super + bonuses.
