JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Service both travel agents and direct consumers via phone and email
• Issue tickets
• Be confident and passionate about the airline's product
• No KPI's or targets to meet!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Travel industry experience and/or recent & relevant completed studies
• Airline reservations experience preferred
• GDS experience preferred - Amadeus
• Passion for travel
• Excellent customer service skills

PACKAGE:

• Salary $50-52k + super + travel perks!!!
• Full-time
• Mon-Fri hours
