DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Focus on selling a wide range of travel products
*Consult confidently across online and phone platforms
*Deliver exceptional customer service
*Provides results as well as delivering sales through service
*Assist with customer queries - including pre and post travel
*Deliver exceptional communication and meet specific client needs

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Minimum 2 years Travel Industry Experience
*GDS experience - preferred Amadeus (conversion course can be provided)
*Experience working in a sales environment
*Desire to deliver sales through service and be a part of a team
*Passion for and Extensive personal travel
*Excellent customer service and time management skills
