An exciting opportunity within an established and long standing Online Travel Agency is now seeking to grow their IT department.
This business is consistently recognised throughout Australia as being a premium travel agency with a solid 20 plus years of trading in Australia.

With a team of over 50 PLUS employees based out of the Brisbane CBD overlooking the BNE River and close to all forms of public transport, the business values a collaborative, friendly working environment.


THE ROLE:

Your duties will be but not limited to

*Serve as the initial point of contact for IT incidents and requests from the business
*Provide face-to-face and phone support to all staff
*Set up and implementation of new team members' hardware and software
*Consistent and concise documentation of issues and their resolutions
*System monitoring and triage
*Escalation of issues and creation of problem tickets as appropriate
*Ensure adequate quality processes are in place and are followed
*Project work on an ad hoc basis



MIN REQUIREMENTS:

*A minimum of 12 months' experience in service desk support or Information Technology within Australia or New Zealand
*Current ITIL certification is preferred, not essential
*Microsoft Windows Ecosystem (Server 2008+, Windows 10, Office 2013+)
*Microsoft Active Directory
*Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
*IP Networking (firewall + router configuration)
*Troubleshooting and problem solving
*Audio / Visual Equipment (Projectors, Conference Phones)


If you have knowledge of ADOBE, Backup Systems, Salesforce - will be advantageous but not essential.

Salary can be discussed upon application. Considering this role is more on a junior level, we do support anyone with a MIN 12 months experience up to 3 years to apply.
