My client is looking for an experienced Events/Marketing Manager to maintain, develop and execute successful client relationships, manage Event Budgets and manage Event & Travel logistics.

Your responsibilities also include but are not limited to:

- Communicate over the phone, via e-mail B2B and B2C re a variety of world
wide destinations/sporting/ travel events
- Deal with a variety of clients - including leisure, corporate, sporting and
groups
- Maintain, develop and execute successful client relationships across events
global travel and sports packages to premium clients
- Work towards KPI's to earn fantastic incentives and travel perks
- Liaising with a small and knowledgeable team and deliver exceptional VIP service


The ideal team member will have:

- Exceptional customer service at all times - articulate, bubbly and professional
- Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to new, dynamic and busy environment
- Proven sales ability, having previously worked towards KPI's
- Passion for all aspects of travel, sports and events - domestic and
international
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Action orientated - a person that gets the job done - ambitions, driven,
motivated
- Confidence working online and over the phone - autonomously and in a team
- Previous Event Management/Marketing or Travel/Group Event Organisation
experience
- Able to maintain, develop and execute successful client relationships
- Experience across the corporate events and/or travel industry, with a focus on
account management and event delivery
