EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

* Strong attention to detail
* A love for the retail travel industry
* Solid experience (2-4 + years) in Retail Travel Consulting
* Good fares knowledge (Galielo preferred but not essential)
* Has a keen appreciation to provide exceptional customer service
* Team Player
* Presentable and a professional attitude
* Can understand and appreciate people from all walks of life
