JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am recruiting for a proven travel / cruise consultant with a fantastic personality and ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients from all walks of life. We are looking for someone that has a love for the travel industry with a passion or knowledge within the cruise market.

This is a dynamic position working in an office based environment with vibrant yet professional personalities!

You will be booking packages or cruises that YOU design for your clients. You will focus on customer service & interaction where there is no cut throat mentality! Customer ownership is very important to my clients. Not only will you be given the autonomy on a day to day basis, you will be looking after your own customers from start to finish!



EXPERIENCE:

You will need to have good understanding of cruising and/or travel, in either an online / wholesale or retail position with your finger on the pulse of the current travel industry news.

A great personality with a positive attitude and a fantastic phone manner is a must!
Ideally looking for a solid 3+ years experience in travel consulting preferably with a cruise focus.

You will be GDS or equivalent to trained. (Preference Galileo however, flexible)

* An unrestricted working visa in Australia is required as this is a full time permanent position.



THE PACKAGE:

Set working hours (8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm) on a flexible rotational basis with ONLY one Saturday OR Sunday every 4 weeks after your first month of employment.

Your annual leave per annum will be 24 days instead of the standard 20 days!


A fantastic base salary of up to $50K for the right candidate + super. Ontop of this you'll have the potential to earn an uncapped lucrative commission structure with the standard consultants earning 15% on their cruise bookings & higher with land inclusions. Some of their staff are $3 million dollar consultants!
